Participants agree to allow filming to take place on their property, at a time convenient for both parties, and agree to allow exhibition of any and all footage to be used in all media deemed relevant to BackNine Front and the venture. BackNine Front is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues pertaining to the venture or the applicant. Participation in the BackNine Front implies an understanding and acceptance of these regulations. I understand and agree to the above terms.
